Welcome to Temple Sholom!
Bruchim Haba'im (Welcome!)
Temple Sholom is a traditional egalitarian synagogue located in beautiful Greenwich, Connecticut. Our membership is diverse, coming from all across the Jewish spectrum. We use a “Big Tent” (Ohel Gadol) approach to create a warm, caring, vibrant and inclusive sacred community (Kehillah Kedoshah). We strive to inspire and nurture our members as they explore, enrich and discover their Jewish selves.
Temple Sholom is the largest synagogue in Greenwich, serving the areas of Greenwich, Rye Brook, Armonk, Stamford and the surrounding communities. We offer a one-of-a-kind pre-school experience at the Temple Sholom Selma Maisel Nursery School, a modern approach to religious school at the Temple Sholom Learning Center, a thriving Social Action Committee, social groups such as the Jewish Network of Young Couples, Sisterhood, and the Empty Nesters, interactive programs for pre-schoolers (and younger), youth & teens, and a wide range of adult education opportunities.
We welcome you, and encourage you to find your Jewish home at Temple Sholom. For information on membership or to be added to Temple Sholom's weekly e-communications, please contact Lori Baden, Executive Director, at 203-869-7191 or lori.baden@templesholom.com.
