Not unlike many Jewish celebrations, the American celebration of Thanksgiving is a time for gratitude and gathering, as well as connecting to our wider community.

In commemoration of both Thanksgiving and Native American Heritage month, Rabbi Kevin and Rabbi Margo will host a special teen event: a movie screening of the 2009 documentary "Reel Injun," followed by a discussion of media bias and stereotypes, and the importance of telling our American and Jewish stories more fully.
