Situation in West Bloomfield, Michigan
Temple Sholom is aware of the attack at Temple Israel in West Bloomfield, Michigan. At this time there are no known threats to our local community; however, our security team remains as vigilant as ever. As an added precaution, the Greenwich Police Department have promised increased patrols in our parking lot. Our hearts are with those affected in Michigan.
Announcing a New Chapter of Sacred Music
We
are thrilled to share news that marks the beginning of a powerful new chapter
in the life of Temple Sholom. Sheldon
Low has joined the Temple Sholom clergy team as the full time, Senior Cantorial
Director of Sacred Music. We
are also delighted to share that Hadar Orshalimy will join Temple Sholom as

1st Night Musical Passover Seder

Wednesday, April 1, 6:00 pm
Join Rabbi Mitch and artist-in-residence Sheldon Low for this warm and inviting traditional Seder. The cost to participate is $60 per person for Temple Members, $90 per person for Non-Members and $20 per child ages 12 and under (regardless of membership).

The Power of One: The Story of Sir Nicholas Winton & the Kindertransport

Guest speaker Nick Winton, the son of Sir Nicholas Winton MBE, will share his father's remarkable story as the organizer of the Kindertransport from Czechoslovakia before World War II, and his act of courage that saved 669 children.
