Overview of Youth & Family Activities

For all of Jewish history, parents have lived the special mitzvah of “teaching your children diligently.” In order to ensure success in this mitzvah, parents have always partnered with Morim (Teachers of Torah) in order to successfully and joyfully transmit our sacred traditions to our children.

Within our congregation, the partnership of families and our professional educational staff is deeply valued. Together, we create for our children a special Jewish environment in which our children can enthusiastically learn and experience all things Jewish.

At Temple Sholom, we have returning staff and many new teachers, who bring an energetic, knowledgeable, and open-minded approach to Jewish education. Our Morim are eager to work with you and your children, and to always help provide special resources, education, materials, and any other support needed, in order to make positive Jewish learning and experiences possible for our children.
