Social Action – Call-A-Ride
Call-A-Ride is having a significant shortage on volunteer drivers.   Many long time regulars are out with injuries, and they are seeking a few new drivers to fill in while the regular volunteers are able to recuperate.  Drivers may provide either a morning or afternoon of time as needed.
Call-a-ride provides their car and a radio dispatcher to give directions and any other assistance as needed. Volunteer may drive as little as once-a-month. Interested individuals may contact either Barry or Laurie Siegel at 203- 661-2764.

Bereavement Support Group
While looking through the lens of Jewish wisdom and tradition, adults who have lost a family member, spouse or companion, any time within the last five years can gain support, strength and friendship from this support group.  The sessions will be co-facilitated by Lisa-Lorraine Smith, LCSW, Executive Director of JFS and alternating members of the Greenwich Jewish clergy. Thursday mornings from 10:30am – 11:30am at JFS. There is no charge for the first session, but a $10 fee per session will be charged thereafter.
